Nothing makes us happier than magical wedding days, so when gorgeous groom Dan and beautiful bride Amy selected Chew Valley Lake as their reception venue we were thrilled!
Dan and Amy opted for a traditional wedding ceremony at Woodlands Church in nearby Clifton, followed by a bespoke Weddings package at our very own Chew Valley location.
Our impressive giant tipi, surrounded by enchanting woodland, provided the ideal backdrop for their special day. The happy couple was blessed with beautiful weather which resulted in especially stunning shots from Bristol based Taylor-Hughes Photography.
The tipi was filled with romantic touches including vintage crockery, bespoke floral centrepieces and fairy lights to ensure the reception really was a midsummer night’s dream.
Guests enjoyed fantastic speeches and a delicious hog roast before Dan and Amy surprised their loved ones with a first dance to remember, having secretly rehearsed for months beforehand!
Thanks to the size of our giant tipi, everyone was able to join the newly married couple on the dance floor for a boogie and as you can see there were grins galore throughout the evening.
